a little about me

In 1992, long before yoga studios lived on every block, I took my first yoga class. I instantly fell in love with the practice. There was only one problem, I couldn’t meditate.

Many people tried to teach me, but it was frustrating. I felt like a failure. Eventually, I came to terms with the fact that I just couldn’t meditate.

On April 26, 2015, my life changed.

At the time, I was working successfully at the Chopra Center as the Senior Manager of Digital Products. I helped bring to life incredible online programs with Deepak, Eckhart Tolle, Martha Beck, Dr. Andrew Weil, Gabby Bernstein and others.

But I still wasn’t able to find inner stillness.

Until I heard Deepak say, “Thoughts during meditation are not obstacles. They are a sign that stress has been released.”

I received my personal Primordial Sound mantra. Mantra meditation is the easiest thing I have ever done. I have meditated every day since then. My life has completely transformed. I experience less anxiety, greater compassion (for both myself and others) and true inner peace.

why am i here?

I think you’re amazing. Perfect, actually. If you don’t believe me, enter meditation, mindfulness and manifestation. These practices allow you to live in the purity of the present moment to experience more joy and inner calm and remember your true nature.

My life’s work is to share every possible tool so you remember how amazing you truly are. (Oh, and along the way I’d also like to change the global misconception that meditation is difficult. Meditation is incredibly easy and delightfully indulgent.)

Any way you slice it, I’m here to serve. I hope to bring together a critical mass of people who:

  • Inspire one another
  • Meditate regularly
  • Manifest desires of the heart
  • Love deeply
  • Do their part to create a more safe, kind and loving world

It is a deep honor to share my life and these practices with you. Here’s to you and your stunning, beautiful life!
